Rationale

Dimethyl Fumarate is an NRF2 activator, which is known to support the oxidative stress pathway.

Drug Compound

• Tecfidera - Approved by Biogen for Multiple Sclerosis, but never used in patients less than 10 years of age
• Fumaderm - Approved in Germany for psoriasis. 30+ years of clinical data available. Perhaps it's off patent
